These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of wagfloaty.com, including all information, content, features, products and services made available through the website.

Throughout these Terms, the words “WagFloaty,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of wagfloaty.com. The words “you” and “your” refer to the visitor, customer or purchaser using the website.

By visiting our website, creating an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

Images and videos are presented for demonstration purposes. The suitability and fit of the product depend on the individual dog’s measurements, build, mobility, behavior and water confidence.

3. Product Availability

All products and variants are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• limit quantities
• discontinue products, colors or sizes
• correct inventory errors
• refuse or cancel orders affected by inaccurate availability
• restrict sales to certain countries or regions

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve inventory.

An order is not fully accepted until payment has been authorized and the order has entered processing.

If an unavailable product is purchased because of an inventory error, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Prices and Promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or determined by the store.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, unless the original price resulted from an obvious technical or typographical error.

The 30-Day Fit Guarantee permits eligible customers to try the jacket on their dog indoors to assess fit.

Unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy, the product must not be:

• used in water
• worn outdoors
• washed
• damaged
• stained
• covered in excessive pet hair
• returned incomplete

Using the product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its fit may affect return eligibility.

Refund eligibility is determined after the returned product has been received and inspected.

10. Selecting the Correct Size

The customer is responsible for measuring the dog and reviewing the size guide before ordering.

Breed and weight examples are general guidance only. Dogs of the same breed or weight may require different sizes because of differences in:

• chest circumference
• neck shape
• body length
• muscle mass
• coat thickness
• age
• mobility

When a dog falls between sizes, follow the recommendation stated in the current size guide or contact customer support before ordering.

Do not use a jacket that:

• restricts breathing
• limits shoulder movement
• slips over the head
• rotates excessively
• leaves major gaps around the body
• cannot be securely fastened

11. Product Safety and Intended Use

WagFloaty is a canine flotation aid.

It is not a substitute for:

• active adult supervision
• responsible handling
• professional swimming instruction
• veterinary advice
• safe water conditions
• emergency rescue equipment

No flotation aid can eliminate all risks associated with water.

Never leave a dog unattended while wearing the product or while near:

• pools
• lakes
• rivers
• beaches
• boats
• docks
• deep water
• moving water

Before each use:

• inspect the fabric
• inspect the stitching
• test the buckles
• check the straps
• inspect the chin support
• check the top handle
• confirm a secure fit

Stop using the product immediately if any component becomes damaged, loose or excessively worn.

12. Proper Use

The product must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions.

Introduce the dog to the jacket gradually and begin in calm, shallow water.

The customer must consider:

• the dog’s health
• physical ability
• age
• breathing
• anxiety level
• swimming experience
• weather
• water temperature
• current
• waves
• entry and exit points

Do not use the product:

• as a restraint or tether
• to suspend a dog for prolonged periods
• as protection against impact
• as a substitute for a secure carrier
• on a dog that cannot breathe or move comfortably while wearing it
• near dangerous currents without suitable professional precautions

The top handle is intended for brief assistance and guidance. It should not be relied upon for prolonged lifting unless the product instructions expressly permit it for the dog’s weight and condition.

13. Veterinary and Medical Disclaimer

Information on this website is general product information and is not veterinary advice.

Consult a qualified veterinarian before water activity if your dog has:

• heart conditions

• recent surgery
